We provide consultancy on the topics of

of the organisation). We advise our clients on how to move from having a global presence to achieving
global performance. Our consultancy is based on our expertise and experience in the fields of intercultural management, organisational culture and diversity management.
Training
Our
experiential training is based on solid theoretical background. It enhances
intercultural awareness, creates insight into
cultural dynamics between the Japanese and Europeans and among European cultures. Our intercultural training uses the body of knowledge developed by itim international (

Coaching
Coaching is at the core of our methodology, because we believe that this is the most effective way to create sustainable change in adult behaviours and attitudes.
We coach our clients to embed their learning into working practice, thereby developing sustainable
competences in intercultural communication, relationship building, conflict resolution and leadership of individuals, relationships and teams. Our coaching method is based on the Co-Active ® Coaching (

assessment tools to analyse the present situation. For teams and groups, we design tailor-made one- to three-day face-to-face workshops on client’s issues in the context of culture and diversity management. These workshops can be followed up by a number of face-to-face or virtual team coaching sessions. The purpose of these is to secure sustainable change within a positive and productive team environment. We complete the process with a final face-to-face session to evaluate progress and define the next steps.
For business partners with issues and conflicts, we offer relationship coaching sessions. We consider the relationship itself to be the client. We enable clients to solve their own issues and conflicts by identifying and using the strengths of the relationship.

At organisational level, we are specialised in organisational culture management.
Organisational culture is the sum of shared values and shared ways of doing things within a certain organisation.
